Firehouse Hostel & Lounge is nestled in the heart of downtown Austin. Their international hostel also has one of the best cocktail lounges in the city.
Before working with MassConvert, Firehouse was finding it difficult to continue increasing bookings as new hostels created fierce competition. They wanted to gain additional awareness and capture search traffic that had been lost to new competitors.
Goals & Approach
Since the competitors had invested heavily into SEO, solving this problem required a two fold approach. So we used Google Advertising to quickly grab traffic (with PPC) from competitors by showing up for competitor brand names and general hostel terms. We also implemented long term strategies to solidify their placements with Local SEO Services.
They are now back on top and have even opened a second location in Dallas!
